At Body Prescriptions, we believe that skin care should be an indulgent, pampering experience. That’s why we handcraft small-batch body butters, scrubs, cleansers and more using premium natural ingredients.

Our story begins with our founder Amanda, who suffered from dry skin and began experimenting with ingredients like shea butter and brown sugar to create ultra-nourishing formulas. The positive response from friends and family inspired Amanda to launch Body Prescriptions in 2005.

Starting off at local farmers markets, demand for Amanda’s products quickly skyrocketed. She brought on a team and opened a real factory, turning her homemade recipes into a full line of thoughtfully formulated body care.

Today, we offer luxurious products like our signature Coconut Body Butter, decadent Vanilla Coffee Scrub, and skin-softening Rose Facial Cleanser. We meticulously balance each formula to drench skin in hydration while also providing real skin care benefits.

For our sugar and salt scrubs, we recommend scooping a generous amount and massaging in circular motions over damp skin when showering. Focus on dry areas like knees, elbows and heels. Rinse and follow with a moisturizing body butter. Our coffee and charcoal scrubs can be used on both face and body.
